Recently I dug out these compilations I bought from Bnewt. One of them was for King Kong Bundy. I have pontificated on Bundy earlier so lets skip that.
These are his final major matches in the WWF against arch rival Hulk Hogan.
The first is from SNME 13 that aired in December 1987.
First things first Bobby Heenan announces that Andre will be in his corner.
Bundy and Hogan tie up hesitant. Then Hogan is unsuccessful knocking Bundy down. Bundy works over Hogan's back. Bundy screws up and it looks like its going to be a short night as Andre trips Hogan up. But the ref sends Andre to the back. I've went into this before but Andre is really underated. He may have been slow and broken down but he project an aura that can't be matched.
Anyway the match continues with Hogan and Bundy trading control back in forth. There is this big story of Bundy trying to solve the Hulk Up. Only bad thing here is the finish. Because the referee had to be really out of position to miss Heenan intefereing. I loved Hogan sucker punching Bundy and mauling Heenan.

The rematch
Okay Heenan is injured and Andre has a managers license. This match starts out with Hoganbattering Bundy. Bundy eventually takes over by working over Hogan's arm. This is a really good match and should of been on the DVDVR Best of the 80s list.
